Simplistic Technologies desires for clients to be fully satified with products/services provided. In order to strive for only the highest quality products/services, Simplistic Technologies will fully refund the following items (see exclusions):

Web Development

Web Development services include (but not limited to) template development, banner development, and database development.

Web Hosting

Web Hosting services must comply with the Hosting Terms of Service/Acceptable Use Policy in order to qualify for this refund policy. Failure to comply will result in hosting services being terminated with no refund issued.

Domain Registration

Domain names are non-refundable through the registrar (typically GoDaddy). Therefore, Simplistic Technologies is unable to provide refunds for domain names registered on your behalf. However, as the domain is purchased on your behalf, it will be made available for the remaining period of its registration and is fully transferrable.

Scanning Services

The physical scanning service provided by Simplistic Technologies is fully refundable. However, additional services related to scanning including, but not limited to, delivery by means other than electronically are non-refundable.

However, to help offset costs associated with non-electronically deliveried items and ensure client's satisfaction, inspection of items through the client section of site will be provided prior to actual physical shipment. Once client is satified, physical media will be prepared and shipped.

Web Script Installation/Modifications

Web Script installation or modifications fees are refundable, excluding purchase price of web script, if any. Simplistic Technologies does everything in its power to locate suitable free and/or open source scripts or write them in-house to assist in avoiding fees associated with the purchase of scripts.
