Computer Repair/Upgrade

If you have an existing computer system, Simplistic Technologies can repair or upgrade your system. This may range from placing a fresh copy of your operating system (provided by you) to replacing one or more computer component. Most components will be special ordered.*

* Special ordering parts is part of Simplistic Technologies' standard operating procedure. There will be a small fee added to the cost of any parts ordered. Installation of the part(s) is including free of charge.

Ubuntu Linux

Simplistic Technologies, as part of its mission offers the freely available Ubuntu Linux Operating System. While Ubuntu is available free of charge, as a download from their Web site, Simplistic Technologies does charge a small fee of $5.00 for a copy of the Operating System placed on a CD. Compared to the bloated cost of Microsoft Windows, Ubuntu is a much more affordable alternative.

Note: Linux is an alternative operating system. This means some Windows based software may not work with this operating system. However, there may be alternative software. An Example would be OpenOffice.org Office Suite compared to Microsoft Office.
