Why are you selling Help Center?

While I would love to give away Help Center, I simply am unable to do so. Don't worry, a portion of the proceeds will benefit Enlightenment Ministry, a Christian Imprisonment Outreach Ministry.

How can I purchase a copy of Help Center?

Simplistic Technologies can provide you with a compressed copy of the support items after payment has been received. Simplistic Technologies can accept payment in the form of check* or money order (postal mail) and PayPal. Soon we will provide the ability to process credit cards through PayPal, with a copy of Help Center emailed to you within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Stay tuned for more information.

What do I get with updates?

With your one year of updates you will receive at least one (1) update notification a month, pointing you to a compressed update file (.zip or .tar.gz). Inside the update file will be any items updated since the previous update. Additionally, a text file containing any minor changes in existing files, complete with the location in the file.

Extensions to the first year of updates are available as outlined below and can be purchased at any time up to 90 days past your current subscription:

One Year extension: $90

If less than 90 days has elapsed since your subscription expired, there will be an additional $20 reinstatement fee. If more than 90 days have elapsed since your subscription expired, you will be required to purchase a fresh copy.
